Chambers Kitchen, located on two levels of Chambers hotel, is an open, inviting and informal 190-seat restaurant with world renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at the helm. Here you will find the service and cuisine of a fine dining restaurant without the attitude. This David Rockwell designed establishment is comprised of a street-level café with abundant natural and city lighting, adjacent to the hotel lobby. Surrounded by art - Damien Hirst on the wall, and Jean-Georges on the plate, you are in the middle of two of the world's most respected modern artists.
Sip on a Chambers signature drink in the main bar or find your way to the open-air courtyard for a cocktail. The lively 140-seat lower level main dining room has cream & maroon leather banquettes surrounding tables for 2-8 people and a prominent glass wall peering into the chefs' work area. This energetic, dining hot spot has an Asian inspired menu, featuring the highest quality, local ingredients and preparing them in a way that allows their natural flavors to stand on their own.
